JohnDOWELLDOWELL - JOHN (Jack), On December 2, 2017. Peacefully in hospital aged 73 years. Will be sadly missed by his daughter, two sons and five grandchildren. Funeral service will take place at St Thomas the Martyr Church Upholland on Friday 8th December at 10:00am followed by committal at West Lancashire Crematorium.
